Credit card payment via Paypal
We accept credit card payments via PayPal for all orders. All orders paid using PayPal will be invoiced in US Dollars. The US-to-Singapore conversion rate will be determined at the time of order confirmation and will use a prevalent rate that is equivalent to processing banks rate. For PayPal payment, we will be notified of your payment from PayPal directly. USD$ is charge at prevailing exchange rate to SG$ according to Paypal Current Exchange Rate.

You can also purchase items here by credit card WITHOUT having a Paypal account!! It's still done through Paypal so your information is secure, I will not see any of your infor. You don't have to have an account to make any payment. You just have to go through the purchase process and when you get to the payment page, just click the Paypal button, and it will bring you to the Paypal page, scroll down a titch and you will see a link to pay without a Paypal account--click it! You just have to give the usual information (name, address, credit card info). It is so easy as "abc"!!!
MONEY ORDERS: I will accept International money orders (from the post office). You will need to contact me at time of purchase to let me know if you will be sending a money order. Your purchase will be sent after I receive the money order and cash it. If I do not receive your money order within 1 week of purchase, the sale will be cancelled and the item will be put back in my shop. NOTE: International Money Order should be in Singapore currency.

• Delivery Estimates
Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment and whether you have requested that we minimize the number of shipments or ship items as they become available. The estimated shipping date is displayed on the order form, just before you place your order.
We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on how much is your country customs inspection and clearance. Orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item can take longer to assemble before we're able to ship them to you.
* Major cities/ Office of Mail Exchange may differ for registered and surface mail.
* Delivery times are only estimates and may/ may not be the actual delivery standard experienced.
* Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of Singapore Post.
* Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities/ office of mail exchange. Please allow more time for destinations beyond that.
* Packets, envelopes with enclosures, documents, etc are subjected to customs inspection and clearance.
* For festive postings to the above major cities, it is advisable to add another 10 working days for airmail and 20 working days for surface mail to the above estimated delivery time.
* Registered Mail requires longer delivery days as it is a recorded delivery service.
• Delivery of Orders
We send our items by Registered mail through local mail provider, Singapore Post as we would like our customers to receive the products that they ordered. Should you need other mode of delivery, please indicate under comments upon confirmation of orders. We will send you an email for the total delivery cost and your order to you.
We did not earned any profit out of the delivery charges.
Registered mail, the article number and month/year of posting will be sent via email to customer after item has been sent. You may check the status of your mail at www.singpost.com.sg
We apologize that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Refunds and Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Goods Sold are non-returnable unless is manufactured defect or are shipped wrongly by us. The return shipping charges will bear by your goodself.
Can I cancel my order? I don't like this design.
Orders that have been successfully paid for are final. No cancellations or refunds are allowed.
We appreciate your understanding in this respect.
I have made an order on Saturday afternoon, why till now (Sunday) I still have not receive a confirmation email?
Although we operate on 24hours online store, we take rest on weekends to worship God. :)
Orders which are made on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays will be process on the next working day. At times, we do experience high volume of orders and emails, so do give us within 24-48hrs to get back to you. :)
We will ensure that your orders and emails will be promptly processed and replied.
I realised that I have keyed an invalid delivery address, how do I ammend it? How about the items that are shipping status now?
It is important for customer to be sure that they entered their valid delivery address in their account. To change your details, you have to convo me immediately before I send out the order.
We are not responsible for any lost of items during the delivery if customer provide us the wrong delivery address or
damage during the transaction in your local country .
If you would like me to send your item with insurance let me know before purchase and I will add the extra cost to the item.
If items are sent through non-registered mail or other mode of delivery , we have no way to recover it back. Unless, items are sent through registered mail which will later send back to us.
For redelivery for items that are sent back to us by SingPost, we have to charge you for the standard shipping charges again. So please ensure that your information is correct before you check out.
I will take utmost care to pack your goods in proper protective plastic bags, bubble wraps and paddings (if required). All items are checked for defects and carefully wrapped to prevent damages in the mail process before delivery.
